Henry Behforooz, the founder of Maddox Moore, has a comprehensive understanding of the financial services industry, its changing products, and global competitive challenges. This has enabled him to recruit talent capable of achieving profitable growth via market expansion.
With over 15 years’ executive search experience, he works on a global basis covering multi-asset classes. He has completed assignments for most senior management positions including managing directors, group heads, and leadership roles critical to the success of growth initiatives such as global expansion and product introductions.
Previously, Henry has worked at leading executive search firms including Odgers, Korn Ferry, CTPartners and Sheffield Haworth. Prior to embarking on a career in executive search, Henry was a lawyer with a prominent London-based law firm after graduating from Royal Holloway College, University of London
